Key 2026 Dividend Interest Rate (DIR) Announcements

As we close out the calendar year, the annual announcements from major U.S. mutual carriers regarding their 2026 Dividend Interest Rates (DIRs) provide critical data for long-term modeling and strategic policy positioning. The Dividend Interest Rate (DIR) is a foundational component of the formula used to calculate the annual policy dividend, demonstrating the company’s investment performance, expense management, and mortality experience.

Note: Dividend payouts are estimates. Dividend Interest Rates are not a rate of return and are not guaranteed. They are one component of the dividend calculation.
